You my purchase your subscriptions online or sign up by calling 833-919-3474. Payment will be automatically processed each month.
How can I view my subscriptions?
Login to your account by clicking “My Account” at the website’s top. After you are logged in, you can click “My Subscriptions” to view your subscriptions.
How do I change my subscription?
From your “My Account” page, you can change your subscription at any time.
Where will my feed shipments be delivered?
All subscription purchases will be delivered to your shipping address entered at sign-up.
How do I cancel a subscription?
A subscription can be canceled at any time. Please note, we cannot refund orders that have already been shipped or began being processed.
Can I return a bag of fish food?
To ensure quality and no cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns on your fish food once delivered.
