Happy New Year! 2020 came with many unexpected challenges but also came with many unexpected benefits. It stressed our supply chains and tested our processes, which forced us to fix the weak areas and produce more robust processes. Delays in shipping, inventory shortages, and financial hardships taught me how wonderful our customer base is as we worked through the issues. Despite the year’s craziness, it reminded me how important it was to take a break once in a while and truly enjoy the time with family and friends. Those memories are what help power through the hard times. 2021 is a new year and, although it might not be back to normal, it still marks a new year to make great memories out at the pond. I’m not big on resolutions, but we should all go fishing more this year.
Thank you for supporting Optimal Fish Food, and we look forward to growing BIG memories with you in 2021.
